Prior Annual Notification – Registered with the EPA to transport and move refrigeration cylinders / Bottles

Trade Union, looking after our employees working rights & pay. Simac is a fully paid up member

F-Gas

Governed by the EPA for fully qualified trainees only to work on refrigerant systems.

Purging Certificates

Proof of purging the copper refrigerant pipe work with oxygen free nitrogen to prevent oxidisation / blackening of the internal copper pipes which prevents oil thickening

RAMS

Risk Assessment & Method Statement which requires a comprehensive study of a site / premises before works commence identifying any risks and ways to prevent them

F-Gas Tracking

Monitoring refrigeration movements whether it be adding or removing refrigerant from system/s and issuing a carbon copy certificate unique to each site / premises

Pressure Test Certificates

For the refrigeration pipe work to state has been tested and the pressure held over a period of time. The are different pressures regulations for different types of gases.
